This pure PVC composition achieves 8cd/m² light reflection while maintaining color consistency through accelerated aging tests. The specialized surface structure enables optimal adhesion at processing temperatures of 190-200°C, with a thermal resistance up to 90°C in standard conditions.
Woodworking materials like D8/8 ORZECH ŚREDNI edge banding translate directly to reduced production costs through its efficient processing characteristics. The furniture edge application requires minimal trimming, resulting in less than 2% material waste during installation. Its durability eliminates the need for frequent replacements, while the standardized 0.8mm thickness ensures compatibility with automated edge banding systems, streamlining manufacturing workflows.
