Professional D8/7 ORZECH ECCO JASNY PVC edge banding delivers exceptional dimensional stability with its precise 0.8mm thickness and 7mm width. This pure PVC composition ensures consistent color depth and maintains structural integrity under varying conditions. The UV-resistant formulation prevents fading and discoloration, while the specialized surface treatment achieves a wear-resistant finish with 8H hardness rating. Features include thermal stability up to 80°C and excellent impact resistance of 15 kJ/m².
Ideally suited for high-traffic commercial furniture applications, this woodworking material excels in office desk manufacturing, retail display units, and modular kitchen cabinetry. The edge banding’s precise color matching and grain pattern make it perfect for finishing walnut-toned melamine boards. Its processing characteristics allow for both straight and curved applications with minimal waste, making it cost-effective for large-scale furniture production. Recommended for use with automatic edge banding machines at speeds of 12-25 m/min.
