Professional-grade PVC edge banding in D4/82 DĄB SONOMA SWISS finish, manufactured with pure PVC compounds for superior edge protection. Features a precisely calibrated 2mm thickness and advanced UV-resistant formulation that maintains color stability under varied lighting conditions. The material demonstrates excellent impact resistance at 45-50 Shore D hardness, while maintaining flexibility for clean processing. Technical parameters include heat resistance up to 90°C and dimensional stability within ±0.15mm tolerance.
Ideally suited for modern furniture manufacturing facilities and custom woodworking workshops requiring precise edge finishing solutions. This edge banding excels in high-traffic commercial applications such as office furniture, retail fixtures, and kitchen cabinetry where the Dąb Sonoma Swiss aesthetic is desired.
