The UV-resistant formulation prevents color fading, ensuring the vibrant red shade (Kronospan 0149 PE) remains consistent throughout its service life. Features precision manufacturing tolerances of ±0.02mm and adhesion strength of 5.5 N/mm², making it ideal for automated edge banding processes with minimal waste.
Perfectly suited for modern furniture manufacturing environments where color accuracy and durability are paramount. This PVC edge banding excels in high-traffic commercial installations, retail fixtures, and office furniture applications. The impact-resistant properties make it especially valuable for educational facilities and healthcare furniture. Recommended for both straight-line and curved applications with a minimum radius of 20mm.
