Legal aspects

1. The Data Controller of your personal data provided in the registration form is MAAG POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, having its registered office in Zabrze, at ul. Przemysłowa 8 41-800 Zabrze, NIP (Polish Tax ID No.) 6481000524, REGON (Polish Statistical Identification No.) 272161130, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), under KRS No. 0000526668, hereinafter referred to as: “the Data Controller”.
2. The legal basis for processing your personal data is provided by Article 6 (1)(a), Article 6 (1)(b), Article 6 (1)(d) and Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR.
3. Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
   • in order to perform and in accordance with our contract with you (the legal basis provided by Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
   • for analytical purposes, that is, in order to customise our services to the needs of our clients and optimise our products in accordance with your comments about them, and to optimise our service processes based on the course of sale and after-sale service processes, including complaints, which is our legitimate interest (the legal basis provided by Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR);
   • for filing (evidential) purposes, in order to safeguard information in the event of a legal necessity to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (the legal basis provided by Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR);
   • in order to possibly establish, pursue or protect against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the legal basis provided by Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR);
   • in order to monitor customer satisfaction, and to assess the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (the legal basis provided by Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR);
   • in order to directly provide you (direct marketing) with our products and services, including their customisation according to your needs via profiling (explained hereinafter), which is our legitimate interest (the legal basis provided by Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR);
   • in order to directly provide you (direct marketing) with the products and services of the companies we co-operate with (our partners), including the customisation of those products and services according to your needs via profiling (explained hereinafter), which is our and our partners' legitimate interest (the legal basis provided by Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR), in the scope determined by the examination of the legitimate interest, conducted by us and recorded;
4. You do not need to provide your personal data, but failure to provide them precludes the possibility of a response to your query, order or offer.
5. Your data will be stored no longer than necessary, that is, for the time needed to respond to your query, order or offer, or until the end of the prescription period for all claims resulting from our co-operation.
6. The Data Controller will transmit your data to the recipients handling the content of your query, order or offer.
7. As we use the services of other providers, for instance of IT telecommunication services, your data may be transmitted outside the European Union. In such a case, this will always be done in such a way as to protect your data – for example according to the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
8. You have the right to request access to, rectification, transmission and erasure of your data from the Data Controller, and the right to restrict the processing of your data.
9. Considering the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller, you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body.

10. The Data Controller will not make any automated decisions concerning you based on your personal data, including any decisions resulting from profiling.

Cookies constitute data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website User and are intended to use the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of their storage on the end device, and their unique number.
